The Brother Benno Center
In 1991, the Brother Benno Foundation moved its services to its present location, a 12,000-foot warehouse at 3260 Production Avenue in Oceanside, which has been divided into a dining room, full kitchen, children’s reading room, administrative offices, shower room, clothing room, computer lab, chapel, restrooms, and warehouse space. And in the building next door, we have another 6,000 square feet for furniture sales, preparation of food packs, and storage. The original Kitchen is now one of the houses for recovery program members. There are five additional residences for men, one sober-living house for women, one for homeless women and women with children, and one for Servants of the Poor.
