How to Register
Where to Go:
Visit our Intake/Essential Services Office at the Center, 3260 Production Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92058. (Looking from the street, we are located on the right side of the building).

Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
3-Step Process
- Arrive in Person: Walk into our Intake Office during the hours listed.
- Complete a Short Questionnaire: Answer a few quick questions so we know how to help.
- Get your Photo ID: We will take a quick photo of you for our internal records and your Brother Benno ID.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to make an appointment? No, just walk in during our registration hours.
How long does it take? The entire process usually takes less than 15 minutes.
Can I sign up for someone else? Because we need to take a photo and complete the questionnaire, guests must be present in person to register. Children are registered under their parent's Brother Benno account. There is a section on the questionnaire asking about children.
